the construction industry. The experience is varied having
been involved in earthwork, bridge building, sewer and storm
piping, asphalt and concrete paving, and building construction.
The last 24 years he has been the President and CEO of a construction
company primarily owned by him.

as laborer and equipment operator

Company- Worked on bridge across Green River in Adair County
as a concrete form person and installed reinforcing steel
- Summer 1967- Potasnic and
Barter Joint Venture- Worked on Interstate 65 near Horse
Cave Kentucky as a surveyor for the grade and drain crew
and the storm pipe crew
- Summer 1968- WL Harper Company-
Worked as stake out and control person for storm and sanitary
sewer crew in Cincinnati Ohio
- Summer 1969- WL Harper Company-
Supervised grade and drain crew and control work for a concrete
slip form paving operation at the Cincinnati Airport

and Adams Construction Company-Supervised a grade and drain
crew, storm drain crew, and did trouble shooting for a large
asphalt paving operation around and in Lexington Kentucky
- Summer of 1971 through spring
of 1976- White and Congleton Construction Company- Started
as a Project Engineer on a 240,000 square foot project at
the University of Kentucky, finished the project as the
Field Superintendent, and then moved up through the company
ultimately occupying a Project Manager position in charge
of several of the operations of the company.

and operate as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board
a diversified construction company operating in a nine state
area.
