Both of these projects had proposed construction durations
that required detailed scheduling, constant monitoring of
the schedule and close coordination with all parties involved
in the project
.conducted within a functioning hospital
facility in phases so that the hospital services could continue
during construction, creating, in my opinion, one of the most
difficult environments in which construction can occur.
Both of the projects were completed with a high degree of
quality in workmanship and management as well as on schedule.
