Our Specialty Division performs a wide variety of projects, and the uniqueness of each project provides the types of challenges and rewards that make Contracting our business of choice.

We are experts in historical renovations. The william Whitley House(as shown on the right) is just one of the many historical renovations we have performed over the years.

We invite historic councils and individuals to contact us for assistance or consulting services for one of your projects.

In addition to historical renovations, our specialty division performs other types of specialty projects including work on horse farms, sports complexes and many other types of facilities that just don't seem to fall within normal construction projects.

William Whitley House - Built between 1785 and 1792 in Stanford Kentucky was the first brick house built west of the Allegheny Mountains. It is noted for its interesting architectural detail both exterior and interior. The front elevation of the house is laid in a Flemish bond pattern. Over the front entrance made from glazed brick are the letters W.W. standing for William Whitley and over the back entrance are the letters E.W. made in the same way, standing for his wife Ester Whitley. The home is now a Kentucky State Shine and a registered National Historic Landmark.
