Spectrum provided us with quality construction at an economical price in a timely manner. Effective communications, integrity, and professionalism were demonstrated by each member of your staff. 
Perhaps, most impressive was your ability to design a sanitary sewer system that would even allow us to build on this valuable commercial site. A Dairy Queen located on a site that is not served by a city sewer system creates extreme challenges to develop. The Orenco System that you installed not only allowed development of the site but was environmentally friendly. The ability to treat sewage on site with state of the art equipment to a condition of liquid discharge that is fit for irrigation was indeed impressive. I am aware this is the first Orenco system installed in Kentucky. Your ability and foresight to get this system approved speaks to your creativity and overall understanding of the building process.
